About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the Real Estate Institute of Northern Territory as an Executive Coordinator. In this full-time role based in Darwin, NT, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO. With a focus on efficiency and organisation, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and service delivery to members.
What you'll be doing
* Providing comprehensive administrative support for the CEO
* Arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
* Managing the CEO's correspondence and communications
* Handling inquiries and requests from members, and internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting with the organisation and preparation of records, reports, files, and data
* Supporting special projects and initiatives as required
* Managing the day-to-day operations and service delivery to members
What we're looking for
* Administrative and Executive Support skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, efficiency and customer tools
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Project management and event coordination skills
* Experience in a similar role, or within a membership organisation or real estate related industry will be highly regarded
