As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will drive service delivery enhancements, lead your team, and develop strategic visions for sales and marketing dynamics.
The ideal candidate has a successful track record of leading teams, a keen focus on sales and customer acquisition, and is motivated and driven.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, market share, and brand recognition.
* Lead, develop, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
* Collaborate with financial directors and managers to develop financial plans and forecasts.
* Formulate and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of sales/leadership experience in consulting/professional services.
* Proven track record of directly managing teams of 10+.
* Sydney based.
