Are you a proactive, driven, and health-focused individual ready to become a vital part of our executive team? Kings Creek Hotel is on the hunt for an exceptional Hotel Admin Officer to join our team and work closely alongside our experienced Hotel Administration Officer

What You'll Be Doing (Initially Shared Responsibilities with existing team):

* Payroll processing using MYOB

* Accounts receivable & invoice management

* Business administration including document control, supplier communications, and file management

* Supporting operational reporting and reconciliations

* Assisting in running a smooth and professional front and back office

* Demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach by providing administrative support wherever needed, with a clear understanding of a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment. Able to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and maintain focus under pressure as you grow into the role, there is the opportunity to step into a Hotel Office Manager position, managing your own small team and taking ownership of the entire back-office function.

You'll Also Provide Support With Our Marketing

* Assisting with social media scheduling, basic content organisation and event promotion

* Helping coordinate flyers, signage, and promotional materials with the leadership team

* Supporting internal marketing calendars and campaign admin

* Marketing experience preferred but not essential — just an organised mindset, good communication, and a willingness to support where needed

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have experience in hotel or hospitality admin (preferred but not essential)

* Be a MYOB Master – confident, quick, and accurate

* Hold a bookkeeping qualification or relevant accounting/admin training

* Be positive, energetic, fit and healthy – we value lifestyle and energy as much as skill

* Lead by example – into sports, wellness, and personal growth

* Be a proactive problem solver who can see what needs doing and just gets it done

* Have experience managing or supporting a small team

* Be eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of their role in a professional yet fun environment

* Have an eye for detail and an interest in supporting basic marketing efforts including social media, event promotions, and internal communications
