Key IT Operations Role
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations and user satisfaction across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective onsite and remote support, resolving issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and disruptions.
* Proactively manage IT hardware assets and inventory, including tracking, replacement, licensing, maintenance, and planning for future needs.
* Manage user accounts, ensuring efficient and timely onboarding and offboarding, as well as proactive management of user access and licensing.
* Support events by providing IT support and ensuring reliable IT equipment.
* Create and maintain knowledge documentation related to software, services, and processes.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure IT support aligns with changing policies and processes.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience working in a dedicated IT Support role.
* Confident working as the only IT Support onsite, with IT peers working from other sites across ANZ.
* Strong technical knowledge across various platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, security tools, and operating systems.
* Sharp problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* A customer service champion with excellent interpersonal skills focused on user satisfaction.
