Event Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will provide administrative support, assist with event planning and coordination, and play a crucial role in ensuring the success of weddings.
About the Role:
* Assist with scheduling, timelines, floor plans, and vendor communication.
* Support marketing tasks – social media, content creation, administration.
* Provide general administrative assistance to help the events team stay organized.
* Organize room allocations and ensure accommodations are guest-ready.
* Set up wedding spaces (layout, décor, signage, styling guidance).
* Place tableware, glassware, and assist with overall venue presentation.
* Support the event lead throughout each wedding.
* Ensure seamless execution behind the scenes.
* Be a calm, positive presence for couples, families, and vendors.
Requirements:
* No formal experience required – just the right attitude.
* Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Someone who takes pride in their work.
