Job Description
THE ROLE
Step into an exciting, fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in supporting our award-winning venue. Every day is different, and you'll work in a collaborative environment to ensure the safety and security of our team members, guests, and facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Roving and static monitoring of the entire Centre.
- Attending to team member and guest incidents.
- Providing first aid assistance when required.
- Responding to guest enquiries with professionalism.
- Monitoring activities from the control room.
- Issuing and managing contractor passes.
ABOUT YOU
Essential qualifications and licences:
- A current Queensland Security Licence with the following qualifications:
- Security Officer (Unarmed)
- Crowd Controller
- Security Officer (Monitoring)
- A valid Apply First Aid Certificate, including CPR.
- A Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment.
Key skills and attributes:
- A genuine passion for helping and assisting others.
- Exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to champion a safety-first culture.
- Flexibility and availability to work across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
