The Role
The Successful Contact Administrator will join a strong commercial team to deliver construction and remedial projects ranging from $10M - $40M.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects in accordance to the company's management systems, client's requirements, contractual requirements and specifications and associated documentation.
* Ensure that client expectations in terms of the project quality, time & budget are delivered.
* Meet target budget lettings for subcontractor packages.
* Tender packages cover full scope.
* Jobpac input accurate and completed on time.
* Subcontractor information received and processed.
* Progress claims and variations paid on time.
Skills & experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience within the remedial or commercial sector.
* Knowledge and understanding of contract terms and conditions.
* Understanding of WHS and environmental legislation and quality assurance requirements.
* Insurance experience would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of building principles.
* Jobpac experience is an advantage.
