Ausdrill is currently seeking a suitably experienced Office Administrator for their Canning Vale office. Based at Reception, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors, answering and directing calls as well as providing administration support to the Operations team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Booking travel & accommodation
- Maintaining site rosters as needed
- Data entry into pronto
- Timesheet entry
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an office administrator role
- Pronto experience will be deemed highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
- Strong computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Suite - particularly Word and Excel
- Current Drivers Licence
