Perioperative Nurse Role
This is a key position within our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and recovery services.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care to patients undergoing perioperative procedures.
* Supervise and guide nursing staff members to ensure effective patient care delivery.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management, recovery, and rehabilitation needs.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
We have eight operating theatres, one hybrid/cardiac catheterisation theatre, and an endoscopy suite. Our critical care unit includes intensive care. We are investing in our future with a $38M redevelopment that will see our Hospital grow to meet the needs of our community with new facilities and equipment.

If you join our team, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope Enterprise Agreement, with a salary ranging from $35.46– $49.79 per hour.
