This role will see you manage the full estimating function for the custom homes division. Working closely with the design, drafting, sales, and construction teams, you will be responsible for delivering accurate budgets and maintaining strong cost control, while collaboratively ensuring buildability and maintain an exceptional client experience.

What you'll be doing
* Prepare accurate estimates, budgets and orders for custom builds
* Work with drafting, design, sales & construction to confirm buildability
* Review supplier and subcontractor pricing and flag scope gaps early
* Manage prelim pricing and refine costs through client revision cycles
* Maintain and improve cost libraries, templates and estimating systems
* Provide clear cost guidance to leadership for key decisions
* Suggest value options and practical solutions without losing intent
* Support a smooth handover from pre-construction to handover
* Own your workload and drive momentum across all custom jobs
What you'll bring
* Custom residential or architectural estimating background
* Five plus years in a similar estimating role preferred
* Experience across complex, one off designs and heavy revision cycles
* Strong buildability understanding from site or hands on exposure
* Comfortable with long build processes and regular client touchpoints
* Confident with DataBuild, PlanSwift or similar software
