Due to ongoing success and their referral business going strong, they are expanding their team and seeking an experienced conveyancer/settlement agent to manage current and new/referral businesses.

**The Position, but not limited to**
- Work alongside 2 other conveyancers and 1 x support/administrator
- Manage your own portfolio of circa 25-35 files per month *depending on experience*
- End to end conveyancing inc | Preparation of all documentation for settlement, liaising with Landgate, title and encumbrances searches, receipting funds from clients etc
- Develop new and existing client relationships
- Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process
**The Criteria**
- Previous experience in a similar position
- A team player and have flexibility as this is a boutique business where everyone chips in to help one another out
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
