Do you have a knack for multitasking and thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want to hear from you We are seeking a skilled Roster Clerk to join our team, supporting a 24/7 operational workforce with scheduling for up to 100 staff at any given time. This role offers the opportunity to work within a structured rotating roster alongside another Roster Clerk, with hours generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (flexible between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM). Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain rosters to meet operational needs in accordance with award provisions and industrial instruments. Process staffing variations and oversee overtime approvals in consultation with relevant managers. Liaise with the Administration Officer (Payroll) and Centre Managers to ensure accurate data is reflected in the HR Payroll system. Provide accurate advice and support on roster, leave, employee entitlements, and related issues. Maintain effective communication with all levels of staff across the centre. Deliver administrative support, including data input into rostering systems and other computer-based platforms. Maintain detailed records and reports on staffing trends, providing insight and advice to management. Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling all HR-related information.
