You will collaborate closely with:

What You'll Do
* Work with finance‑approved and investment‑ready clients to deeply understand their objectives, constraints, and timelines.
* Translate investment strategy into clear buyer briefs.
* Source residential property opportunities across on‑market, pre‑market, and off‑market channels.
* Conduct rigorous due diligence, suburb and asset analysis, and comparative assessments.
* Lead negotiations and manage the buying process end‑to‑end — from offer strategy to exchange.
* Coordinate seamlessly with finance, legal, and settlement stakeholders.
* Deliver a white‑glove client experience that drives trust, referrals, and repeat business.
* Maintain disciplined CRM records and deal reporting.
