BEC Electrical is seeking a full-time, fully qualified Electrician with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience to join our team in a dynamic leadership capacity. This role offers a balance of office-based responsibilities and on-site involvement, with a clear pathway toward upper management for the right candidate.
Our client base consists predominantly of high-end builders and architects delivering award-winning residential projects, along with select small commercial developments. As a result, we are looking for someone who leads by example, upholds exceptional workmanship standards, and consistently delivers a premium finish. Professional pride and meticulous attention to detail are non-negotiable in this environment.
We're seeking a positive, personable individual who values continuous learning, enjoys mentoring others, and can confidently handle difficult conversations when needed. The successful candidate will be capable of running projects from start to finish while maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tradesperson looking to take the next step in their career. You'll be joining a stable, established company where your contribution will be valued and where you'll have the opportunity to influence and help shape our future direction.
If you take pride in your craft and are looking for a long-term role with genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
