Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strata Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a strata portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, organising and running strata meetings, and ensuring compliance with strata legislation. The Strata Manager will work closely with the committee, property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of strata properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance, repairs, and meetings.
* Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
* Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
* Organise and facilitate strata committee meetings and general meetings.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio.
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
* Work collaboratively as part of the strata services team.
Skills and Experiences:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management.
* Strong knowledge of strata and related industry legislation (e.g., fire, WHS, QBCC).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
