Disability Support Worker

Job Description:
The Disability Support Worker will be responsible for providing quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
* Supporting clients to maintain their physical and emotional wellbeing
* Encouraging community participation and inclusion
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An understanding of disability support principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Manual handling competency and ability to lift 25kg
* Cert III Individual Support (Disability) or higher qualification
* NDIS Online Training completion
