* You are a current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* You have proven clinical leadership experience and can guide, motivate, and support a diverse nursing team.
* You are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care, even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* You possess strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills, helping you foster a cohesive, positive team culture.
* You are confident in managing daily operations, coordinating workflows, and responding effectively to challenges.
* You adopt a collaborative approach, working seamlessly with internal teams and external services to ensure coordinated patient care.
