What You'll Do

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with fellow Teacher Recruitment Officers within the recruitment team to ensure consistency of approach and uphold the quality of recruitment processes.
Support Teacher Recruitment Specialists by ensuring compliance with all relevant recruitment legislation, policies, procedures, and best practices at every stage of the hiring cycle.
Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancements in teacher recruitment processes and sharing insights with the wider team.
Maintain accurate records in relevant computer systems by updating vacancy statuses, tracking candidate progress, and monitoring recruitment requisitions for any delays or blockages.
Extract recruitment data from designated systems when requested, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making and improve overall process efficiency.
