Job Description
The successful candidate will work within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
You will be responsible for providing direct care, promoting positive family relationships, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver a high-quality service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent;
* Mandatory Top-Up Units Residential Care (4 Modules);
* A valid Australian full driver's license;
* A valid Australian working rights;
* A willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check;
* A Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications.
