The Role

As the FP&A Manager, leading a team of three, you will sit within the core Finance leadership team and play a critical role in shaping thelong-term financial sustainability and strategic directionof the organisation.
You will lead:
Whole-of-organisation budgeting and forecastingat executive and Board level
Clinical or operational costing frameworksthat directly influence funding, service delivery and investment decisions
Financial modelling and governance for major projects, from concept through to business-as-usual
Productivity, efficiency and sustainability initiativesto manage cost pressures and funding volatility
You will connect, challenge and influence stakeholders across all levels and areas of the business.
This is ahigh-visibility rolerequiring sharp commercial judgement, political awareness, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable financial strategy.

You are a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in purpose-driven environments.
You will Bring
Natural curiosity, excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong technical capabilities and financial modelling, business case building and investment evaluation skills
Proven ownership of large, complex organisational budgets
Experience translating operational activity into financial insight
Confidence operating and executive and board level
A genuine passion for developing and leading high performing teams
Experience embedding financial discipline into major transformation or capital projects
