Finance team roles – Accounts Assistant / Accountant
TeamsWork is looking for a financial superstar to join us in a casual capacity (approximately 15 hours per week ideally on Mondays and Tuesdays) to provide assistance for a minimum of three (3) months with potential for extension.
Your experience can be at Accounts Assistant level up to Accountant level. We are open to all levels because we are more focused on getting the right person for our relaxed, informal and fun workplace

About the role
TeamsWork is a rapidly growing business with a turnover in excess of $24 million. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate financial records for the business. Working with the finance team to ensure all transactions are recorded properly and financial integrity is upheld.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist with all aspects of the day-to-day finance function, with a particular focus on month end reconciliations, journals and assisting with BAS. It will also take on general administration duties and may have additional responsibilities depending on the experience of the applicant.
About You
Minimum of Cert IV or above in Bookkeeping / Accounting or an associated field OR significant relevant experience in a comparable role.
The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
Highly developed Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work in a small team
Experience using Xero would be an advantage
You have working rights in Australia, and you are already, or have the willingness and ability to reside in our region
