Rehabilitation Consultant - Gold Coast

At Work Rehab, we're seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant from any of the following backgrounds:
Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology.
This is a work from home position, ideal for candidates preferably living on the Gold Coast or possibly Brisbane, with occasional travel to our friendly Paddington office for meetings, training, social events and connection. This role would ideally suit someone with prior experience in the workplace rehabilitation industry
What You'll Do
• Deliver high quality occupational rehabilitation services
• Develop tailored, evidence-based rehab and return to work plans
• Complete Workplace, Functional and Vocational Assessments
• Analyse physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors affecting recovery
• Provide expert recommendations that support safe, sustainable outcomes
• Work collaboratively with clients, treating professionals, employers, and insurers

About You
• Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
• AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA registered (as relevant)
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation strongly preferred
• Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
• Organised, motivated, and passionate about positive client outcomes
• Current driver's licence + recent National Police Clearance
