Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Options Trading desk. In this role, you will primarily work on our market making strategies used by the Options trading desk. What we're looking for
* C++ development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance focused on back-end development
* Experience in quoting systems and market making strategies would be beneficial
* Knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products
* Willingness to work in C# and adapt to different programming languages as needed
* Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Experience in Python on Windows or Linux would be beneficial but not essential
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
