Your Next Opportunity: We're looking for a casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at the Nambucca Heads Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll keep the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming – ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well‑maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You'll:
* Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control.
* Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
* Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets.
* Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and document maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
You're Likely a Match If You:
* Hold a current "C" Class manual driver's licence.
* Have hands‑on experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problem‑solving skills.
* Are proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication.
* Are comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain.
* Understand the importance of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery.
