* Prepare detailed reports and assessments to identify repair requirements
* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to guarantee timely and professional repairs
* Maintain open communication with clients, insurers, and team members to resolve any issues efficiently
* Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and industry standards
* Manage records in our proprietary software and external insurance platforms to track progress and outcomes
