ABOUT THE POSITION.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute to unique Residential projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the full lifecycle of a project. You will be pivotal to identifying risks and developing the strategies to mitigate them.
DUTIES.
* Overseeing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to deliver successful project outcomes.
* Conduct site inspections, manage progress reporting, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience.
* Previous experience with Residential Projects.
* Previous experience with Superintendent work.
* Bachelor of Construction or equivalent.
