The Role
We are looking for quality and talented Sommelier's, Wait Staff and Hosts to join our teams on a full‑time basis. We have roles available at a variety of our venues and there is an chance to join at different levels across Sydney. This is a chance to join a company where you will learn and progress in your career.
To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Confident with customer engagement; including greeting guests, ability to learn and discuss food and beverage menu, taking orders and serving guests.
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced restaurant, bistro, or hotel.
- Ability to work closely with kitchen and bar staff.
- Understanding of setting and clearing tables to a high standard, managing multiple tables in one service, and pre‑empting the guests’ needs.
