- IT Operations focused, Ongoing position - Bendigo Location
- Provide a high-quality response to on-site IT and audio-visual support and service requests from Bendigo staff
- Process incoming IT requests across the CSV network where remote support is possible
- Work collaboratively with Audio Visual help desk staff, the Court Solutions Support Help Desk team, other CSV Digital staff, and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, triage, and escalate as required
- Provide support in the setup, configuration, and inventory management of devices as required, keeping stakeholders appraised of progress towards resolution

**About the role**
The role will provide Level 1 & 2 technical support and IT user training to ensure operational service delivery requirements for the new Bendigo Law Courts (BLC) are met.
This role operates within the CSV Digital area, which is part of Jurisdiction Services (JS), CSV. JS provides support to all Victorian courts and tribunals to assist in the delivery of justice services.
