Mussel Farming Supervisor
Description
We are seeking an experienced skipper to oversee the operation of farm vessels across our mussel farming operations.
The successful candidate will have a Master 24 m Near Coastal qualification and be eager to learn about sustainable farming practices.
Aquaculture/mussel farming experience is ideal, but not required. We offer training, mentoring, and career development opportunities in a values-led company with a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain farm vessels ensuring safe handling and transport of mussels.
* Support harvesting operations and manage upkeep of records and necessary documentation.
* Communicate effectively with management, crew, and transport drivers.
* Supervise and assist with maintenance as necessary.
* Take on increasing responsibility for supervising and training crew.

* Master 24 m Near Coastal qualification
* Ability to lead and develop teams
* Physically fit
* Will to work in all weather conditions
