About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to take ownership of investment accounting across several major commercial property assets. This is a rare opportunity to gain full visibility of large-scale assets, working closely with senior stakeholders in a collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver end-to-end accounting for property trusts and assets
* Prepare statutory and management reports, including audit support
* Manage tax compliance, BAS lodgements, and cashflow forecasting
* Analyse property valuations, capex, and JV performance
* Oversee outputs from external property accounting providers
About You:
* Degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field
* Minimum 4 years' financial accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
* Real estate or investment management experience highly regarded
