With multiple convenient locations across Launceston and a growing presence in Devonport, we are proud to employ approximately 100 local professionals across our sales, service, and vehicle reconditioning departments.
About the role
We're experiencing exciting growth and are seeking Service Advisors to join our customer-facing team at our state-of-the-art service centre in South Launceston. As a vital link between us and our customers, your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to) the below;
* Efficient handling of incoming calls
* Schedule customer vehicles in for servicing, repair and warranty
* Meet and greet customers on arrival and pickup of vehicles
* Explain and consult with customers on services carried out on their vehicles
* Follow up jobs throughout the day to ensure all customer needs and requirements are met
Skills and experience
* Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
* Sound computer skills
* High level of professionalism and personal presentation
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations
* Front counter experience preferred but not essential
* Competitive remuneration package
