Your new role
As an Operations Administrator, your role will include:
* Finalising and reporting on meeting minutes, utilising defined templates for all meeting minutes
* Record meetings, listen to recordings and transcribe minutes
* Upload transcripts and leverage co-pilot tools for assistance
* Manage a backlog of templates and established resources
* Communicate meeting minutes to finance teams
* Develop team presentations
What you'll need to succeed
* Proficient in all Microsoft suites of tools (Word / TEAMs / Excel / Outlook)
* Ability to understand and interpret data from meeting minutes
* Prior experience in an Operational Administrative position
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current Police Clearance
