About the Roles
We are seeking experienced and qualified Trainers and Assessors to deliver classroom‑based training at our Tuncurry campus, and workplace delivery as required.
Key areas of delivery include:
* Barista Training
* Beverage Service (including bar operations)
* Food Handling and NSW Food Safety Supervisor
* RSA and RCG
As a casual Trainer/Assessor, your focus will be to deliver engaging training sessions, guide students through assessments, and uphold compliance with training package requirements and regulatory standards.
About You
* Hold Industry qualifications applicable to the relevant courses above
* Have relevant and up to date industry and workplace currency.
* Possess a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
* Current knowledge and skills in vocational training that informs your training and assessment
* Experience working with students with disability and/or barriers to education, and the ability to tailor facilitation accordingly.
* For RSA and RCG delivery; applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role within a licensed premises (with duties relating to the service of liquor).
Atwea College requires:
* Valid NSW Working with Children Check and current National Criminal Police Record Check prior to the commencement of employment.
* Child Protection Training and other ongoing legislative training as required, once employed.
* Drivers Licence.
