Job Description
* Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for various duties including, but not limited to:
* Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
* Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner.
* Opens the door for both arriving and departing guests.
* Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc.
* Obtains transportation for guests when requested.
* Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Ensuring a welcoming environment for guests at all times.
* Providing accurate information to guests regarding resort amenities and services.
* Assisting guests with their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* One year of bell/door experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment
This role involves working in a dynamic and energetic environment with:
* Frequent standing and walking required.
* Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
* Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
* Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
