**The Company**
Our client partners with Australian growers to connect them with a growing customer base, predominately in the export market. Their business model focuses on adding value across the supply chain by bringing farmers, wholesales and consumers closer together and minimising operational costs. Through their long term relationships and trusted process, they deliver a reliable end-to-end export process.
**The Position**
Working closely with their Customer Service Manager and Directors, the Export Documentation Officer will join their close-knit team in assisting with the supporting documentation to ensure a smooth and accurate export process.
Regular duties include:
- Prepare documentation for export shipments.
- Monitor and manage vessel bookings.
- Preparation of export documents for presentation to banks
- Liaising with customer finance and import departments to ensure alignment.
- Look for opportunities to continuously improve and expand processes across the business.
**The Person**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar position ideally working with bulk commodities like grain, cotton, sugar or a similar exported product. You will have exceptional administration skills, be detail oriented and enjoy working in a role that requires ongoing attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and a broader interest in the export of Australian produce would be advantageous to your success in this role.
