Head Housekeeper – Full Time (36 hrs per week)

We are seeking an experienced housekeeper with a keen eye for detail to join our team and help maintain our motel to a consistently high standard for our guests.
This is a full-time Head Housekeeper position, suited to a confident, hands-on operator who is comfortable leading others while remaining actively involved in daily cleaning operations.
Tasks will include;
Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee and support other housekeeping staff
* Prepare linen and cleaning products for daily use
* Manage daily room cleaning schedules and task allocation
* Common area caretaking, including:
* Leaf blowing
* Rubbish removal
* BBQ area cleaning
* Pool area cleaning
* Carry out and coordinate additional cleaning tasks as required
* Manage and participate in deep cleans and scheduled spring cleans
* Identify and report maintenance issues
* Ensure cleaning standards, procedures, and WHS requirements are consistently met
Requirements
* Proven housekeeping experience (supervisory or senior role preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
* Ability to lead by example and work hands-on when required
* Reliable, organised, and physically capable of manual work
* Permanent Australian residency or full working rights required
