Highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for global company. This is an Executive Search role where you are sourcing Director level and up.
Global company looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for delivering an end to end recruitment service to the business. The role with partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans to proactively source, attract and maintain a pipeline of talent. Ideally you will have experience in Executive Search as you will be recruiting Senior Director level and above.
This is a 12 month contract role.
**Responsibilities**
- Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
- Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring managers to understand current & future requirements.
- Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
- Lead and execute talent market surveys to identify potential external successors for key executive positions
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process
**Selection criteria**
- Minimum 8 years end to end recruitment experience in white collar complex organisations
- Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
- Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
