The Role

We're looking for a Sales & Customer Support Officer to join our team. This role provides frontline support to both our customers and our on-road sales team, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations. You'll handle customer enquiries, assist with order processing and tracking, resolve issues, and provide administrative support to the sales network.

Your Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering a positive experience
* Support the on-road sales team with accurate order entry, tracking, and escalated queries
* Manage incoming emails and requests in the Sales Support inbox professionally and efficiently
* Maintain internal documents such as price lists, deals, and NPD updates
* Assist with lead generation activities and coordination of sales events
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for the sales team
* Ensure compliance with data governance and WHS policies
* Perform other duties as required to support team and business goals

Skills & Experience

* A qualified hairdresser—your expertise is key to providing top-notch advice and customer care
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administration role
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
* CRM experience and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Previous experience with Pronto or Zendesk (desirable but not essential)
* Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative—no two days are the same
