About Refundid

Born and headquartered in Sydney, Refundid is an Aussie-founded fintech on a mission to create complete customer confidence. We make returns instant and effortless, turning previous pain points into moments of loyalty that keep shoppers coming back and retailers growing.

About the Role

Join Refundid's Product team and become one of the people who truly understands how our business works.

As a Graduate Product Quality Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations. You'll work alongside our founders and product leaders to help shape, validate and improve the experiences used by hundreds of thousands of shoppers and some of the region's leading retailers.

You'll play a critical role in helping the team ship with confidence. A significant part of your role will involve testing new features, exploring edge cases, validating retailer workflows and ensuring every release meets the high standards expected by our customers. But this isn't simply about executing test cases. It's about understanding how Refundid works, identifying risks before they become problems, and becoming a trusted voice in product decisions.

As you build domain expertise, you'll take on broader responsibilities across merchant onboarding, integration troubleshooting, product operations and customer-facing problem solving. Over time, you'll become a go-to expert on Refundid's products, retailer integrations and operational processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, loves understanding how complex systems work, enjoys solving problems, and wants a front-row seat to how a high-growth fintech scales.

In your first 6–12 months you will:

* Own release testing and regression testing across Refundid's products.
* Validate retailer onboarding flows, integrations and customer journeys.
* Reproduce and investigate issues reported by customers, retailers and internal teams.
* Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure product quality.
* Document product behaviour, edge cases and operational processes.
* Build deep expertise in Refundid's returns, refunds and retailer workflows.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute manual testing for new features, bug fixes and product releases.
* Create and maintain test plans, test cases and release checklists.
* Identify, document and communicate bugs clearly to engineering teams.
* Investigate product issues and assist with troubleshooting.
* Validate retailer configurations and onboarding setups.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.
* Continuously improve testing processes and quality standards.
* Leverage AI tools to improve testing efficiency, investigation and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

* Recent or final-year university graduate.
* Strong academic performance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
* Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to understand how products and businesses operate.

Nice to Have

* Experience in customer support, operations, quality assurance, product, consulting or technology internships.
* Familiarity with SQL, APIs or basic software development concepts.
* Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
* Interest in fintech, ecommerce or SaaS businesses.
* Experience investigating problems and communicating findings clearly.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year:

* You are the primary owner of release testing and product quality validation.
* Engineering teams trust your testing and bug reports.
* You understand Refundid's products, retailer workflows and integrations in depth.
* You can independently investigate and troubleshoot most retailer and product issues.
* You've become one of the company's go-to experts on how Refundid works.

Perks

* Hybrid working structure.
* Five Work-From-Anywhere days each year where you can work in any time zone.
* Fortnightly team drinks and socials.
* Generous maternity and paternity leave program.
