Why this role matter?
The Sales Administrator will provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Professional Services team. This role ensures smooth execution of sales processes, accurate documentation, and timely communication between internal teams, customers, and partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
How will you make an impact?
* Support the sales teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
* Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and service agreements in alignment with company guidelines.
* Track and manage project documentation, pricing approvals, and contract renewals.
* Maintain customer data and service records in CRM and internal systems.
* Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely invoicing, billing accuracy, and payment tracking.
* Assist the team with scheduling client meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing reports.
* Support sales forecasting by updating pipeline and order status reports.
* Handle internal communication between sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure service delivery readiness.
* Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues where necessary.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Professional Services function.
What makes you a great fit:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, professional services coordination, or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
* Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
