Personal Injury Matters Paralegal
Maurice Blackburn is seeking a paralegal to join their Queensland Personal Injuries team. As a key member, you'll support lawyers on personal injury matters, including workplace injuries and public liability cases.
* Draft legal documents, client correspondence, and procedural forms
* Manage client files, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance is maintained
* Correspond with clients, gather and review liability and quantum material
* Develop case strategies and contribute to efficient matter progression
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injuries. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively are required.
