We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers exceptional guest service. An experienced bartender should be confident managing high-volume service while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
* Create craft cocktails with consistency and presentation excellence
* Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
* Verify customer identification and comply with all alcohol laws and regulations
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
* Assist with opening and closing duties
* Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth operations
Required Qualifications
* 1-2+ years of bartending experience
* Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, or willingness to learn
* Understanding of wine varietals, beer styles, and spirits
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays (needs to be available Friday & Saturday nights)
