Senior Performance Marketing Manager (SEM Lead)

About the Role
We're seeking a senior digital all-rounder to lead SEM and broader performance strategy across a varied client mix. You'll own strategy, planning and hands-on execution, partner closely with design and analytics, and lift our standards, and results.
Responsibilities
Plan and run best-in-class Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads and Bing, with clear testing roadmaps.
Turn business goals into channel strategy, budgets, forecasts and measurable targets.
Build clean account structures, smart bidding frameworks and useful automations (scripts/rules/alerts).
Collaborate with our design team to ship compelling creative and high-converting landing pages.
Stand up GA4/GTM tracking and reporting that clients actually read.
Lead quarterly planning and present insights, tests and next moves to clients.
Contribute to CRO ideas (copy, forms, funnels) and paid social planning.

Skills & Experience
Required
5–7+ years in SEM/performance with deep hands-on Google Ads expertise (Search, Shopping, PMax).
Paid social (Meta/TikTok) exposure.
Confident with GA4 and GTM.
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Proven ability to take ownership end-to-end and mentor others.
Nice to have
Feed management tools, SA360.
WordPress familiarity; basic HTML/CSS; Sheets/Apps Script or SQL; Adobe Suite.
Self-motivated, results-focused, detail-oriented. Curious, collaborative and calm under pressure. You love testing, learning and sharing what works.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
Account restructure + testing roadmap live across key clients.
Clean tracking + dashboards & alerts in place.
Clear improvements in CPA/ROAS and documented playbooks for repeatable wins.
