We are currently seeking additional team members to join our machine operations team at Metroll Lismore.
About the role
This is a casual position with full time hours, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is offered on a six-month probation period, with the view to transition into permanent full time employment.
Working hours: 9.54 AM to 6 PM
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in machine operation
* Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly regarded
* Forklift licence is highly regarded and considered an advantage
* Ability to work to deadlines and available for overtime when required
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices
* Ability to work effectively within a team with strong communication skills
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Honest, reliable, and punctual
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
