**About the Role**
You will be joining one of the essential technology teams at Bank of Queensland as a Service Desk Analyst BOQ is currently enjoying a rapid period growth due to large scale funding to make BOQ the digital bank of the future with a personal touch. We are currently running a large scale tech transformation which includes technology uplifts across the business in core banking, payments and on our digital platforms which involve major Azure cloud projects. With the latest announcement of a strategic partnership with Microsoft there has never been a better time to be joining the BOQ Group.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

- Analyse and resolve Level 1/1.5 requests to the Service Desk, escalating where required.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to all staff
- Identify, document and publish knowledgebase articles addressing common issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of ServiceNow - incident, problem, request
- Provide Support for our Onsite Tech Bar on a roster basis

**About you**
- Experience/knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Competent in the following technologies:

- Experience with Microsoft SCCM including package creation and deployments, Genesys phone systems, IT asset management
- Knowledge of Azure cloud environment
- Previos work xperience with ServiceNow
- Ability to develop, comprehend, interpret and align with company policies and procedures
- Ability to create and maintain constructive, positive work relationships with all staff at varying levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- ITIL Foundation v3/v4
- Certification in any of the above will be highly regarded.
