Reporting to the Supply Chain Director and working closely with the supply chain leadership team, drive business excellence across Supply Chain (Procurement, Subcontracts Program Management and Industry Development), strengthening governance, capability, systems and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead functional improvement strategy, governance and performance reporting
* Lead functional continuous improvement initiatives
* Enhance procurement stakeholder engagement experience
* Mature policies, processes, templates and contracting frameworks
* Oversee risk-based supplier due diligence and governance of the approved supplier list
* Provide input and or lead Modern Slavery, supply chain sustainability and business continuity efforts
* Ensure legislative compliance, audit readiness and risk controls
* Optimise existing systems for productivity and champion adoption of new technologies, including AI
* Manage the functions yearly learning and development plan
* Represent LMA in governance and audit forums
* Establish and maintain Supply Chain dashboard and KPIs
Essential Experience
* Demonstrated Procurement/supply chain experience
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* High digital and data acumen
Desirable
* Knowledge of Commonwealth policies and relevant legislation
* Experience with ERP and other procurement systems
* Assurance and sustainability reporting knowledge
* Lean Six Sigma or change management capability
