We are seeking a dynamic and inclusive leader to oversee the strategic and operational direction of our national sporting organisation. The successful candidate will provide leadership to shape the future direction of the Association, champion integrity, growth, and community within the sport.

Our organisation is a not-for-profit entity dedicated to promoting participation and excellence across all levels of the sport from grassroots juniors to elite international competitors. We strive to foster a connected and inclusive community underpinned by strong values and a vision for sustainable growth of the sport.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational management aligned with our objectives to deliver against the strategic plan.
Support the Board through effective governance and clear communication, including capturing minutes and tracking key actions
Lead planning, funding, stakeholder engagement and forward plan for the organisation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, government bodies, and community organisations
Promote a positive and inclusive organisational culture
Manage financial and physical resources to ensure sustainability and high-quality service delivery
Develop and mentor a high-performing, collaborative internal team
Represent the organisation to external stakeholders and the broader clay target community
Oversee legal, compliance and reporting requirements
Drive adoption of technology and data-led decision-making
Advocate for the sport and maintain the organisation's strong reputation.
