Global RV Group is a leading Australian caravan manufacturer and dealer, with premium brands including Sunland RV, X Series RV, and Phoenix RV. As part of our continued growth and expansion of manufacturing operations in Victoria, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Accounts Officer to join our team.

About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of financial information.
Key responsibilities include:
* Accounts payable and receivable processing
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Customer invoicing and payment allocation
* Supplier invoice processing and payment runs
* Monitoring debtor accounts and following up outstanding payments
* Assisting with payroll processing and reporting
* Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero
* Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
* Supporting management with financial administration tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role
* Experience using Xero (preferred) or similar accounting software
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or caravan industry (preferred but not essential)
