About the Role
While reception will be a focus, you will not just answer phones. The role will involve assisting the wider Strata Management team with administrative tasks. As the face of our Agency and the back bone of a strong team, you will gain excellent experience for future career progression.
Your tasks will include operating a busy switchboard, greeting and assisting clients, distributing general emails and post, booking strata searches, document filing, maintaining up to date data in our strata management system and other ad hoc administrative duties.
This is a permanent full time position (Monday-Friday).
About the Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
* a Strata Assistant Agent or Strata License qualification, or be studying toward this goal;
* a confident and energetic personality;
* strong people and conflict management / resolution skills;
* a client and team focused approach to your work;
* excellent attention to detail;
* excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask;
* be immaculately presented; and
* be a motivated self-starter.
