About the Role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring systems are delivered to a high standard. You\'ll work across system, integration, and user acceptance testing while contributing to continuous improvement of testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute functional and regression test cases
* Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
* Identify, log, and manage defects and risks
* Review test artefacts and provide feedback on test coverage and quality
* Produce clear and concise test reports and documentation
* Monitor testing progress and escalate issues where required
What You\'ll Bring
* 5+ years\' experience in end-to-end functional testing
* Strong experience across SIT, UAT, and regression testing
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Test Manager / Azure DevOps
* Experience testing SaaS platforms
* Exposure to CRM and/or case management systems
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and deliver to tight timelines
Nice to Have
* ISTQB certification
* Experience working in Agile environments
* Exposure to cloud-based or enterprise-scale platforms
